Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. white sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2/3 c. water
    sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Bring first six ingredients to a boil and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add two drops oil of cinnamon. Pour over prepared potatoes and bake until the potatoes are warmed. About 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Good also over ham. Double the recipe and freeze half for later use.
