Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oatmeal
    4 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Soak oatmeal in buttermilk overnight in refrigerator.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and add to oatmeal and buttermilk mixture.
    Stir well.
    May need a little milk to make it thinner. Keeps well.
    Add a little extra flour and baking powder if you want to keep it longer.
