Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
-
Mix together sugar, eggs and oil.
Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 2 small greased loaf pans at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
