Festive Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. lemon zest (optional)

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients.
Add very little milk, if needed, but mixture should not be too moist for forming balls.
Form balls around marshmallows.
Roll each ball in crushed cornflakes.
Place in buttered baking dish at 350\u00b0 and bake until marshmallows bubble a bit.
