Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans creamed corn
1 stick butter, melted
2 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
sauteed bell peppers (optional)
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mix ingredients together except Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
After baking, take out of oven and top with Mozzarella cheese.
Let the cheese melt and serve.
