Ribbon Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb flavored bread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 5 x 13-inch loaf pan. Combine beef, salt, pepper, onion and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Fill pan with 3 layers of meat and 2 layers of stuffing mix, beginning and ending with meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Pack layers firmly in pan so layers will not separate when loaf is cut.
    Serve hot or cold.
