Coke Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. unsifted flour
2 sticks oleo
1 c. Coke
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Combine sugar and flour; set aside.
In small saucepan, melt oleo; add Coke and cocoa.
Heat to boiling.
Remove from stove. Pour over sugar/flour mixture.
Mix well.
Beat eggs.
Add buttermilk, vanilla, soda and marshmallows.
Mix all mixtures together thoroughly.
Pour in greased floured 1 1/2 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Ice while hot.
