Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream the sugar and oil; add eggs.
Add dry ingredients; fold in carrots and pecans.
Bake in three layers in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cool before frosting.
