Sugarless Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 eggs, beaten (may use Egg Beaters in place of eggs)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. concentrated frozen apple juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 c. blueberries
    1 packet Sweet 'N Low (optional)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Combine beaten eggs, oil, apple juice and lemon peel.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Mix well and fold in blueberries.
    Fill well-greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
