Fluffy White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of salt
    2 unbeaten egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water, cream of tartar and salt in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring, until sugar dissolves.
    Very slowly, add to unbeaten egg whites in mixing bowl, beating constantly with electric mixer, until stiff peaks form.
    Beat in
    vanilla.
