Southern Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1/2 lb. squash, sliced
    1/2 lb. fresh okra, sliced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 green tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Coat vegetables in corn meal, salt and pepper to taste. Cook in oil for about 30 minutes.
