Caramel Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. milk
    4 c. popped corn
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, stir brown sugar into water until dissolved.
    Bring to a boil gently for 5 minutes (will begin to thicken).
    Remove from heat and stir in milk and extract.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Pour cooled carmel syrup over popcorn.
    Spray hands with nonstick cooking spray and form into balls.
    Makes eight popcorn balls.
    Use care in children under four years old as popcorn can pose a choking hazard.
