Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef
    3 or 4 carrots
    2 or 3 stalks celery
    1 onion
    3 or 4 small potatoes
    2 c. V-8 or tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. tapioca or cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix tapioca or cornstarch with V-8 or tomato juice.
    Cut vegetables and meat to bite size.
    Place meat and vegetables in oven-safe dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/3 to 3 hours.
