Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cake flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy.
    Sift cake flour.
    Add pecans.
    Stir pecans and flour into butter mix.
    Roll into small balls; place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Roll while hot in confectioners sugar (10x).
    When cold, roll again in 10x sugar.
