Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 lb.) coffee cans, well greased
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. plain flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in coffee cans for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream.
    These freeze well.
