Ham-Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large green peppers
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of hot sauce
4 slices American cheese
Preparation

Cut off tops of green peppers.
Remove seeds.
Cook peppers for 5 minutes in boiling salted water to cover; drain.
Set aside. Combine next 7 ingredients; mix well.
Fill peppers with ham mixture; place in an 8-inch square baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Place a slice of cheese on each pepper; bake 15 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings.
