Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes
    salt
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, diced, or 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Drain.
    Cool slightly.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    May serve warm or chill if desired.
