Leek And Mushroom Tart - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ready-made pie crust
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 c. sliced leeks
1 c. coarsely chopped mushrooms
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Ease crust into tart pan, 9 x 1-inch or a 9 x 1 1/4-inch pie plate.
Bake as directed and cool.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat.
Cook leeks and mushrooms about 5 minutes.
Spread in tart pan.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Beat remaining ingredients together, pour over cheeses.
Bake about 35 minutes, or until set.
Makes about 6 servings.
