Alfie'S Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked wide egg noodles
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese at room temperature
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil noodles according to package directions.
    Drain and return to same pot.
    Quickly toss together with remaining ingredients.
    Serve immediately.
    Calories per serving: 157. Makes 8 servings.
