High Protein Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. honey
    2 eggs
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. oats
    2 Tbsp. fast rising yeast
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Heat water, honey and butter until warm.
    Add cottage cheese. Then add to dry mix.
    Add eggs.
    Add nuts last.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Make out 2 large loaves.
    Let rise one time.
    Make loaves again and let rise a second time.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
