Squash Casseroles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 pkg. herb stuffing (cornbread)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Mix squash, carrots, salt, pepper, onions, sour cream and undiluted soup.
    Mix melted oleo with stuffing mix.
    Line casserole with about 1/2 the stuffing. Pour squash mix over stuffing.
    Top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Cook onion and squash 5 minutes; drain well.
