Rocky Road Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. seedless golden raisins
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
4 eggs
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. water

Preparation

Grease and flour a 12-cup fluted tube pan.
In a small bowl, mix first 4 ingredients.
In a large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat together the cake mix, eggs, mayonnaise and water just until blended.
Increase speed to medium.
Beat 2 minutes. Stir in nut mixture.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
Cool in pan 35 minutes. Remove and cool on rack. If desired, dust with confectioners sugar.
