Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean)
    2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bunch celery, chopped
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet; crumble with fork as browning. Remove sausage from skillet with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
    Saute chopped pepper, onion and celery in sausage drippings.
    Cook 2 packages soup mix in 4 1/2 cups boiling water for approximately 7 minutes.
    Put uncooked rice in a large casserole dish.
    Add meat, vegetables and soup.
    Mix well.
    Bake as covered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
