Cheddar Potato And Ham Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    16 oz. Cheddar cheese
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes and boil until done.
    In a microwave (glass) dish, put Cheddar cheese and milk.
    Microwave on High for 3 minutes; take it out and stir it.
    Put back in for another 4 minutes; take out and stir.
    This should be smooth.
    Add potatoes and chunks of ham and add pepper to taste.
    Bring to boil, then let simmer for 10 minutes.
    Careful not to scorch.
