Barbecue Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 to 3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 to 3/4 c. catsup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil; season with salt and garlic salt.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook until tender.
    Best kept in refrigerator overnight, then reheated.
