Peanut Butter Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. oats
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
2/3 c. natural peanut butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix together the oats, coconut, seeds and wheat germ. In a small saucepan, combine the peanut butter, syrup, sugar and oil. Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth. Pour over the oat mixture and stir until well blended. Spread mixture in baking dish and bake 40 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent burning. Remove from oven and add raisins. Cool before serving. Makes 12 servings.
