Aunt Verda'S Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    16 oz. can cream corn
    3/4 c. crushed saltines
    2 Tbsp. butter, cut into pieces
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Place egg in casserole and beat well.
    Stir in milk, corn, crackers, butter and flour.
    Microwave at High for 5 minutes; stir well.
    Microwave 6 to 8 minutes or until center is barely set. Makes 4 servings.
