Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil.
    Add rest of ingredients. Simmer over low heat 1 hour.
