Dutch Apple Cake(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar substitute
3 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. milk
1 well beaten egg
4 sour apples
Preparation

Mix and sift dry ingredients; blend in butter.
Add milk with egg and mix quickly.
Spread dough in a shallow, greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Pare, core and slice apples; press apples into dough in parallel rows.
Sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
