Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together oats and water; set aside.
    Cream sugars and margarine.
    Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add.
    Add vanilla and oats mixture.
    Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan or sheet pan at 350\u00b0 until it tests done.
