Twiced-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 tsp. Bac*O's
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 350\u00b0 until done.
Cut potatoes lengthwise into halves.
Scoop out insides leaving shells.
Beat potatoes, margarine, milk, salt and pepper until fluffy.
Stir in cheese. Fill shells with mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle each potato half with 1/2 teaspoon of Bac*O's.
Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
