Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 lb. chicken thighs or breast pieces (36 pieces) or 9 broilers (1 3/4 to 2 lb. each), split
    1 to 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil or melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0. Grease or spray with nonstick coating 4 baking dishes, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
