Bavarian Pork Chops With Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 to 6 (1-inch thick) pork chops
4 to 6 potatoes
black pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
1 c. flour
1 sauerkraut
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together and dredge pork chops in them. In a heavy skillet with very little oil, on medium heat, brown pork chops on both sides.
Peel and slice potatoes; put them in an oven dish.
Add sauerkraut.
Add enough water to barely cover potatoes. Layer the pork chops on top and cover.
