Chicken And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 1/2 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook pepper and onion in oil until tender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook over low heat until chowder is heated through.
Serve with crusty French bread and a green salad.
