Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast (boneless)
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    salt
    pepper
    2 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shells
Preparation
    Wash chicken; pat dry.
    Cook in water to cover until tender; drain.
    Cut up cooked chicken into bite-size pieces.
    In another bowl, combine soup and vegetables.
    Fold in chicken; pour into pie shell.
    Top with other pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
