Grandmother'S Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. raw apples, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add sugar, oil and apples.
    Mix well.
    Mix dry ingredients; add slowly, beating well.
    If raisins are used, dust with flour.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
