Brown Sugar Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix together ingredients.
Thirty minutes before ham is done, pour off drippings.
Remove ham skin and score surface in crisscross fashion.
Brush on glaze and continue baking.
Serves 6 to 8.
