Baked Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small summer squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash and slice squash; cook, covered, in salted water for 20 minutes.
    Saute onion and garlic in butter.
    Mix with drained squash; add Worcestershire, salt and oregano.
    Pour into a casserole dish and stir in the bread crumbs and Parmesan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
