Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 (12 oz.) miniature chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar, beating all the time; add vanilla and salt.
Stop beating and fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Turn oven off before cookies go in.
Leave them at least 4 hours or overnight.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
