Gert'S Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. + 1 tsp. flour

Preparation

Cream peanut butter and shortening; add sugars.
Continue mixing until light and fluffy.
Add egg.
Add flour.
Drop by spoonfuls to cookie sheet.
Press drops in an intersection pattern with sugared fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
