Easy Cheesy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (32 oz.) jar (3 1/2 c.) spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) wide lasagna
    2 c. (1 lb.) Ricotta cheese or cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    3 c. (12 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Heat
    oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a 10-inch skillet, brown ground beef, onion
    and garlic; drain.
    Return beef mixture to skillet;\tstir in\tspaghetti
    sauce
    and water.
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, layer 1/3 of sauce mixture, 1/2 of slightly boiled lasagna noodles,
    1/2
    of
    combined
    Ricotta
    cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    and
    parsley
    and
    1/2 of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce mixture.\tCover tightly with foil;
    bake for
    1
    hour.
    Uncover;
    sprinkle\twith remaining Parmesan cheese.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
