Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 firm tomatoes
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Wash and dry tomatoes, remove top portion from each.
Melt margarine and add remaining ingredients.
Place tomatoes in baking dish and cover with topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until barely tender.
These can be prepared well in advance and stored in refrigerator before baking.
Serves 6.
