Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. bacon, browned
onion
52 oz. can clams
salt, pepper and parsley
diced potatoes
half and half
flour
Preparation
-
Saute onion.
Add juice from clams.
Add salt, pepper and parsley.
Add enough diced potatoes to come to the top of liquid. Add half and half and flour.
Add clams.
