Ukrainian Babka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. flour
    3/4 lb. butter, melted
    3 c. warm milk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 boxes raisins
    10 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream
    3 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation
    Warm milk in large pot (not hot because yeast will not rise). Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
    Add 4 cups flour; mix well.
    Put in warm place.
    Cover with towel; let rise for 2 hours.
    Add sugar, eggs, sour cream and salt; mix again.
    Add rest of flour, a little at a time, until flour is used.
    Add melted butter and raisins. Keep kneading until the dough comes clean from your hands.
    Cover again; put in warm place until it doubles in size.
