Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    3/4 c. hot milk
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Combine mashed\tpotatoes,
    hot\tmilk
    and
    butter, beat until fluffy.
    Add
    nutmeg,
    cinnamon,
    sugar
    and
    pineapple. Blend well, fold in egg whites.
    Put into a greased casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until puffy and brown.
