Sunday Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and mix thoroughly in large bowl with remaining ingredients.
    Cover and let stand 8 hours or overnight on kitchen counter.
    Next morning, turn out on floured board and knead lightly.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick and cut into rolls. Place rolls on greased cookie sheets.
    Let rise 4 to 6 hours.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven 10 to 12 minutes.
