4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Break eggs in bowl; beat slightly.
Add sugar, salt and vanilla.
Beat with spoon until well blended.
Add milk and stir in raisins and rice.
Set baking dish in a shallow pan filled about 1/4 full of water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
