Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (ground round best)
    1 small onion, chopped
    juice of 1/2 lemon or small can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pepper to taste
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. horseradish mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation
    Mix the first 9 ingredients and 1/2 can of cheese soup.
    Add hot water; continue mixing.
    Place in greased meat loaf pan. Hollow out center of meat loaf; fill with the rest of the cheese soup.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
