Shells With Meat Sauce Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. large shells, cooked as directed on pkg.
3 tsp. margarine
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced celery
1 small piece garlic, minced
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 pt. spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet.
Add ground beef and brown.
Add onion, celery and garlic.
Cover until celery is tender.
Remove from heat.
Add Parmesan cheese, salt and bread crumbs.
Stuff each shell with cooled meat mixture.
Pour 1 jar of spaghetti sauce in casserole.
Place in shell.
Pour second jar over shells.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Can top with Mozzarella cheese.
