Goro - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 qt. sweet cream
1 lb. butter, softened
4 egg yolks (or 6 or 8)
1/2 oz. box or 3 1/2 rounded tsp. cardamon
Preparation

Beat cream until stiff; beat yolks until stiff.
Add sugar and beat more.
Add the beaten cream and cardamon.
Mix in enough flour to make soft dough.
Pound the butter in with rolling pin.
Do not use too much flour.
Use 8 cups when mixing and 2 1/2 cups to roll out.
Bake on large burner on medium.
Do not cool this dough.
